Yes. Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been shipped.
If the courier marks your parcel as “delivered” and it was left at your doorstep, safe place, or with a neighbour, responsibility passes to the customer. Drift Line is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, ensure the delivery driver signs for it and contact us within 48 hourswith photos. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
